Butter-Whisky Steak




Step 1

Marinate the sliced of steaks with olive oil, ground black peppers and salt and leave it to rest for some hours or overnight.

Step 2

Prepare vegetables. Cut everything for little pieces. Melt butter in a pen and put vegetables into it. Saute them for 5-10 minutes.

Step 3

Saute rice in a little pan for 1-2 minutes, then add twice the amount of water as rice, and cook it slowly under cover.

Step 4

In another pan sear steaks on little olive oil to taste. (On the picture is a medium rare steak)

Step 5

Serve the steaks with rice and vegetables (or only with vegetables).
